I am a St. Louis based photographer focusing in the field of digital photography. I choose to work
with this medium because of its ability to uniquely capture individual moments that are often
overlooked. I find this especially compelling in today's high paced ever shrinking world where it is
easy to become overwhelmed by all of the information and activity around us.
I strive to capture the image naturally while in the field and perform little to no post-processing. I
hope to capture the emotion behind the subject and my personal connection to it. I do not stage my
subjects and rely heavily on natural lighting.
I believe in connecting to my artwork throughout all stages of its creation. This includes building
the frames, cutting the mats, and assembling each finished work. All materials are conservation grade
and acid free.
